It reflects the character of the variety, with its cherry and strawberry notes enveloped in honey, toasted bread and a faint floweriness. It is intense, fresh and exuberant in the mouth, with a rich, aromatic finish.

This fantastic pinot noir comes from the most Mediterranean vineyards on our Espiells estate. This terroir’s great climate brings out the intense aromas of red fruit and the scarlet colour of the grapes. Each glass is the purest essence of these vineyards. And although it is aged for a shorter period of time, it has the same soft balance that celebrates this noble variety.

Tasting notes

With this beautiful, lively and intense pink color cava, made exclusively with the Pinot Noir variety, we want to show its most authentic character.

Grown in our Espiells estate, a singular vineyard with the ideal conditions for the good development of the vines, the poor chalky soils are key for the best expression of the varietal grapes. We find hints of red berries in both nose and mouth, with a wonderful and luscious taste. Lively and well-integrated bubbles, freshness, long aftertaste… definitively, this cava will not leave you indifferent.

La Costa restaurant opened its doors in El Ejido in the 1960s. In 2006, its innovation and contemporary cuisine were recognised with a Michelin star, which have helped garner it a magnificent reputation.

The dairy notes of the ice cream combine with the freshness of the Pinot Noir for a long, pleasant, well-balanced finish".
