In April we presented the new Milesimé Rosé, a Premium, monovarietal Pinot Noir cava born in the 12 hectares of ecological vineyard that we have in the municipality of Sant Llorenç d’Hortons, on the plot of La Torre de Can Rius (estate of Espiells) . With a limited production of 5,520 bottles, this cava has an average aging time of 7 years on its lees, and shows fresh, floral, balsamic aromas, with notes of herb, jasmine and candied fruit. Spacious and tasty, with a bright pink salmon color that makes it even more attractive. It is perfect to share with pasta, white meats, fish and seafood, Japanese cuisine and pastries.
