Terms & conditions of winery tour reservations
WARNING: THE ENGLISH VERSION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS FOR PURELY INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE. SHOULD ANY CONTRADICTION ARISE BETWEEN THE ENGLISH VERSION AND THE CATALAN VERSION, THE LATTER SHALL ALWAYS PREVAIL.
Purpose and applicability
The following Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the relationship between You (the “Client”) and JUVÉ & CAMPS S.A. (“JUVÉ & CAMPS” and/or the “Company”) with regard to all transactions made through the website juveycamps.com (the “Site“) for the purpose of booking tours or activities (“Services“) offered by the Company.
Exclusions
No Services may be provided through the Site to people under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by an adult.
In addition, services offered by JUVÉ & CAMPS through the Site that involve the consumption of alcoholic beverages, regardless of alcohol by volume, are prohibited for people under the age of 18.
Acceptance and proof of acceptance
In order to contract the Services offered by JUVÉ & CAMPS, the Client must click the RESERVE button at the bottom of the Services reservation page. Clicking the button means that the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions of Contract in their entirety as laid out prior to the reservation of the Services, and any changes made to the clauses of the Terms and Conditions of Contract at a later date will not apply retroactively.
Upon accepting, the user becomes a Client of JUVÉ & CAMPS as set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Contract. Any services offered by JUVÉ & CAMPS at a later date will require a new agreement.
Should the Client wish to read these Terms and Conditions of Contract in greater detail, they can print out a hard copy or save the document as an electronic file.
Once the Client has expressly agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Contract, they will receive a reservation confirmation from JUVÉ & CAMPS, within 24 hours from the time of purchase, as a receipt for the contracted services, and all details pertaining to the reservation, at the e-mail address the Client has provided.
JUVÉ & CAMPS informs the Client that the Company will store the electronic documents that constitute the formal services agreement, which the Client may access at any time by sending a request to the Department of Brands and Wine Tourism at JUVÉ & CAMPS.
If the Client mistakenly entered any inaccurate information, they may contact the Department of Brands and Wine Tourism at JUVÉ & CAMPS to make the necessary changes.
Prices and Payment Options
4.1 Prices
The prices applicable to each Service are those indicated on the Site at the time of booking. All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
All special offers will be clearly marked and identified as such, conveniently displaying both the previous price and the special offer price.
JUVÉ & CAMPS reserves the right to make any changes to the Site that it deems necessary, at any given time and without prior notice, and may update its Services on a daily basis according to the market.
4.2 Payment options
Services may be purchased using any of the following payment methods:
– By means of the payment gateway of “La Caixa” bank.
– By means of a bank transfer: please send the transaction receipt of the bank transfer per e-mail to casa@juveycamps.com.

Winery Tour Terms and Conditions, Taking Photographs, and Cancellations
5.1 Winery Tour Terms and Conditions
The tour will commence punctually at the agreed time. If the start time is delayed due to tardiness on the Client’s part, this will result in a shorter duration of the tour.
Tours must always be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
All of the spaces on the tour are wheelchair accessible, although the access points may vary in certain situations.
5.2 Taking Photographs
Clients may only take photographs, and subsequently share said photographs, in the reception area (ground floor), the shop and tasting room (-1 floor), and the riddling rack area (-2 floor).
5.3 Cancellations
JUVÉ & CAMPS provides the Client with the option of cancelling their reservation by sending an e-mail to casa@juveycamps.com. In case of a cancellation, no refunds will be issued for the amount paid.
However, the Client may reschedule the tour for a different day to be decided with the winery and within a period of up to 2 months.
JUVÉ & CAMPS reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content, route, or duration of the tour due to reasonable causes, such as rain, fog or other weather conditions, construction work, power outages, mechanical or computer failure, etc.
Should JUVÉ & CAMPS cancel the tour before its scheduled start for reasons which can be attributed to the Company, the Client has the right to a refund for the amount paid.

Language
The legally valid contract between JUVÉ & CAMPS and the Client is the Catalan version.
Liability of JUVÉ & CAMPS
JUVÉ & CAMPS guarantees the quality of the Services contracted through its Site. It guarantees all consumer and user rights guaranteed under the applicable law.
Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions of Contract may result in the cancellation of the Services contracted by the Client.
Obligations of the Client
The Client agrees to use the Services in a lawful manner and not violate any applicable law or regulation, nor infringe on the rights and interests of third parties.
The Client guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information provided in the reservation forms, and will avoid any damages to JUVÉ & CAMPS as a result of inaccuracies.
Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions of Contract may result in the revocation or cancellation of the Services by JUVÉ & CAMPS without having to provide the Client with prior notification and without giving the Client the right to any kind of compensation.
Personal data and commercial communications
Notwithstanding the provisions indicated in each of the forms on the Site, the personal data provided by the Client will be stored in a file owned by JUVÉ & CAMPS with the purpose of managing and processing their request, as well as to send them information, both by post and electronically, about the products the Company makes and distributes.
You may exercise your rights to access, rectification, deletion, and opposition, as well as revoke your consent to receiving commercial communications, by sending an email to casa@juveycamps.com or a letter to JUVÉ & CAMPS, S.A., Carrer Sant Venat 1, 08770 Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
The designs, brands, logos, and any other copyright protected content on the JUVÉ & CAMPS Site are the exclusive industrial and intellectual property of JUVÉ & CAMPS or of the third parties that have authorised their inclusion on the Site. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or transformation of said designs, brands, logos, etc. constitute an infringement on the intellectual and industrial property rights of JUVÉ & CAMPS or third-party owners, who may exercise their right to bring legal or out-of-court action in response to such infringement.
Furthmore, the information the Client can access on the Site may be protected by intellectual property or other kinds of rights. JUVÉ & CAMPS will not be liable, under any circumstance, for any infringement of said rights committed by the Client as a user of the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute or disagreement arising out of the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions of Contract will be heard in the Courts and Tribunals stipulated by the applicable legislation on matters pertaining to competent jurisdiction, which, in the case of end consumers, refers to the place where the obligation is fulfilled or the buyer’s place of residence.
If the contract of sale is with a company, both parties subject themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
