Juv\u00e9, immersed in the cava world for 57 years when he started working in the family business, has been linked to the main institutions of the sector, always defending the values \u200b\u200band the image of the cava and struggling to place it where it deserves within the world&#8217;s leading quality sparkling wines.<\/p>\n<p>Joan Juv\u00e9 received the well-deserved tribute to his career with the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, Isabel Garc\u00eda Tejerina, and the Counselor of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishing and Food,\u00a0Meritxell Serret i Aleu.
