Juvé & Camps has made its third organic harvest at the most optimal time for the vine, with an excellent sanity of the grapes, whose maturation has advanced compared to last year. In addition, the acidity is balanced, which guarantees a great quality for the next musts and wines, says Antoni Cantos, oenologist of Juvé & Camps.

This new harvest strengthens the experience of Juvé & Camps in the development of organic wines and cavas, which since 2016 has allowed the winery to present the first wines with this type of production to the market, those of the 2015 harvest.

Juvé & Camps is committed to improving the quality of its wines and cavas through a sustainable production, respecting the environment in all processes of winemaking and winemaking, from the collection of grapes to pressing.
