This cava is made from the pinot noir grapes grown in Espiells. It has a beautiful golden colour with slightly coppery hues. Its varietal character can be seen in the bouquet, with notes of cherries and white fruit on a citrus background that is honeyed and reminiscent of toasted bread. On the palate it is well-structured and elegant, magnificently effervescent, pleasantly unctuous and quite long.

Espiells
These pinot noir grapes are grown in the Can Torres vineyard on the Espiells estate, and stand out for their fine complexity. This means they must be handled with extreme delicacy, hand picked in boxes. It is a very special production process, very different from the rest. Effervescence, elegance and considerably long-lasting finish for our Blanc de Noirs.

Tasting notes
Juvé & Camps Blanc de Noirs is made with Pinot Noir. This cava is aged on its lees for 25 months. It starts with a small, persistent bubble and golden yellow colour. It is complex and elegant on the nose, with notes of ripe white fruit, yeast and baked goods, as well as honey and toasted notes. It is fresh, flavourful and fruity on the palate with well-integrated, crunchy carbonic gas, leaving behind the yeasty and toasted notes in the mouth. Elegant and seductive on the whole.

Pairing
Mey Hofmann was a turning point in food and pastry in our country. Her restaurant, tavern, pasty shop, bistro and, above all, school are part of a long history that wins over anyone who tastes the Hofmann magic. She was given her first Michelin star in 2004.
Blanc de Noirs pairs with characterful dishes such as “mar i muntanya” (Catalan recipe), cuttlefish with meatballs (Catalan recipe), seafood paella and lobster.
