These delicate and ethereal grapes find in these sandstone and limestone soils, 191 meters above sea level, a fortunate refuge where they express themselves with fullness and character, where they mature perfectly to give rise to wines that harmoniously combine mineral subtlety and a Mediterranean profile.

Tasting notes
Intense pink colour with reddish tones. Deep aromatic intensity with notes reminiscent of ripe red fruits, citrus fruit and yeast. It is elegant, complex, sweet and has very good acidity. Round, crisp, very well balanced and with a long finish. It is serious, yet young-spirited and with a fine, well-integrated bubble.
