Alcoholic content: 12% by vol.

Ageing: “Gran Reserva” minimum 3 years in bottle

Grapes: 40% Macabeu, 20% Xarel·lo, 40% Parellada

Serving temp.: 6ºC / 42ºF 		    This Cava of great personality owes its character to a harmonious blend of our classic, indigenous grape varieties. It is our emblematic Brut Nature which we have proudly named Reserva de la Família.

It is produced from the free run juice of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes coming from our Espiells, Can Massana and La Cuscona estates.

The nose is generous, fruity and elegant, rich and complex from the long ageing in bottle. On the palate it is quite dry, soft and round with a long and most exquisite finish.
