The base for our Marc is Macabeu and Xarel·lo grapes grown in our own vineyards. The skins, protected from the air, are carefully fermented then double distilled by the Charentais method, which allows separation of the head from the tails. The spirit is then aged for six months in Limousin oak. This Marc is rich and strong, fine and elegant, a combination of qualities possessed only by great spirits. |
