This wine is produced from the "free run juice" of Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, harvested from our Espiells estate at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and our La Cuscona and Can Massana vineyards at Mediona. Bottled on the estate, the wine is left to mature in our cellars, without haste. Ermita d'Espiells is an elegant, fresh and fruity wine with a rich body and a complex finish. It shows the considerable personality of our classic varietals, which come together in bottle achieving good balance and perfect harmony. |
