Brut Rosé Juvé y Camps is produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the "Feixa 1" vineyard at our Espiells estate. The "free run juice" is allowed a brief maceration on the skins. The wine is of a pretty, deep pink colour. On the nose there are both floral and berry fruit notes in perfect harmony. Long bottle ageing has grought balance, length and weight whilst retaining freshness and vivacity; it has good legs. |
